Never recieved my money back

I ordered a stay at a hotel with easytobook.com, but unfortunately I had to cancel because of sickness. The good thing about that was that I was told by easytobook.com that I could canceland then get the full amount I've paid back. But this never happend. Great service

I booked all of our hotels for an 2500 mile motorcycle tour of northern Europe. All 9 hotels were as expected and expecting us. I had to change several of the bookings due to the group changing their minds and this was done promptly and accurately. It was East to book and cancel through the website, which had a large range of available hotels.

RATING -5 GOT SCREWED BY EASY TO BOOK

I booked 3 rooms at a hotel ?Naries Namakwa Retreat, Springbok, South-Africa through ?Easy to Book? and cancelled it the very next day. According to ?Easy to Book? I was intitled to a full refund. I have never received a refund until this day. I got screwed out of $680.00 by ?Easy to Book?. Also, they don?t return your e-mails or phone calls. tel

i didnt know that much about this company before but i was well impressed about how easy to book it is through their site. they were really friendly from the group reservations team, and i loved that they spoke me in perfect italian! great stuff :-)

El pasado puente estuvimos en Paris. Reservamos el hotel con easytobook. Era la primera vez que usabamos la pagina que en encontre a traves de Google. La pagina enterita en Español, muy fácil de usar, con la garantía Verisign y sin tener que pagar hasta que llegamos al hotel. Nos resulto facilísimo!

Una pagina muy facil de usar!

Encontramos easytobook por casualidad cuando buscabamos un hotel en Amsterdam para el puente del pilar. La pagina nos resulto muy fácil de usar, todo en español (siii!), y muy pero que muy intuitivo. Nos encanto que no tuviéramos que pagar a la primera si no cuando ya estábamos en el hotel. Yo lo recomiendo, y fijo que los uso en el siguiente puente que podamos.

La web es fácil de usar y te dan consejos sobre las ciudades que vas a visitar. Yo lo utilicé en mi último viaje y no tuve ningún problema.

I need to book hotels regularly for work, so I've used most of the booking sites out there. This site has some pretty good deals and they have lots of hotels which you can cancel last minute free of charge. What I lilke most about this site is that the booking form is really simple - Name, E-mail address and Credit Card details ... that's it. No 101 questions!!! I should also make a special mentio ...

Er zijn zeer veel sites waar je hotels kunt boeken, en ik vond deze ook eerst veel lijken op bookings. Het werkt allemaal heel logisch en de prijzen zijn ook goed. Mocht je een lagere prijs tegen komen na je boeking dan wordt dit gecompenseerd. Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van het groepsboeking formulier. Got me the best deal

Stayed in the Hempel hotel in London, booked through easytobook. In the comparison sites I saw that they had the best deal so I clicked on them. The site is simple and booking was easy. I double checked if the booking confirmation reached the hotel, not knowing this site, but it went through immediately. I see they offer many other cities so will check them out again on my next city trip.

I booked a hotel via their website. The name of the hotel is Hotel Saint Louis Bastille. After making the reservation I was informed that the credit card details I provided are not good and they asked me (via EMAIL!!!!) for expiry date, card number and secret code. Then I decided to cancel the reservation, but suddenly, the non-working credit card is debited... Don't trust them! Even if on the web ...

We stayed at the Hotel Bahama in Rimini, booked through Easytobook.com. The hotel description is dishonest. Even the manager at the hotel agreed with this. The description states very clearly, unambiguously that the hotel has complimentary bicycles for rent. It also states it has a pool. The cost of the hotel reflects this in comparison to nearby hotels. On arrival we were told by the manager that there are no bicycles at the hotel, and there never have been. He was aggressive and shouting....bizarre behaviour. He immediately referred us to the website of the hotel on the Italian webpages of Venere.com, which actuallu said there were bikes to rent...He didn't have any though. We had to rent bicycles from a company some 2 miles from the hotel, at a cost of 60 Euro for the 4 days stay. The hotel swimming pool was closed, but not just closed, it consisted of a smelly soup of algae right under our window. All other hotel pools in the area were ready for the season and being used by their grateful hotel guests in the 32 deg temperature. The hotel manager told us to go elsewhere if we were not satisfied. If he did not hear from us in 2 hrs he would cancel our booking and we would not be allowed to stay. This was a bit risky as the hotel is out of town, and it would not be possible to guarantee booking a hotel elsewhere in the time he had allocated to us. We had no choice but to stay. The romms have no sort of sound proofing whatsoever. We had nice neighbors with a good sense of humour and we were able to hold conversations through the walls (without doors or windows open)! As a bonus the cleaners enter your bedroom unannounced at 0900 sharp if you are not up and about, ignoring the "Do Not Disturb" sign! Quite an amazing "fawlty towers" sort of a place really...the manager was very John Cleese...we even witnessed him about to punch a guest who had com;lained ...his wife stopped him....but he still pursued them to the car park as they left in a hurried and bemused departure. Should have filmed it, would have been able to get a refund of the rip off price from the royalties. I made a complaint to the firm Venere, as Easytobook refer all communicatioins to them. They have not replied. I dont understand the relationship between these two outfits, but I would certainly avoid using either.....both dishonest and probably in breach of many laws relating to false descriptions of their services....I will be pursuing further. On return they send you an email asking you to rate the hotel. I did this accurately, ie ticking all of the boxes that gave the lowest score possible. Amazingly the review comes up a a rating of 5/10. Phew....how fraudulent can you get!

NON RESPONSIVE COMPANY I made a reservation but did not get confirmation on my email. I wrote an email stating that I did not get confirmation. Still no response. After that I started to investigate the company. I was not satisfied with the credit card protection. What a disaster! My boyfriend and I were left stranded in the middle of London with a very important function to attend. Easytobook.com just sent us from one non existent booking to another. We ended up staying in a B&B that we found ourselves and missed the funcition. Take my advice, Use ANYONE else!!

They changed our apartment to a downmarket hotel. It was full, didn't have a reservation for us. It was also dirty and the staff rude. They then sent us to an apartment where nobody was there to give us the keys. My disabled partner and I were left stranded in London and Easytobook stopped taking our calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO

booking with this agency is less than useless. I arrived at my hotel in Paris and was told that the reservation did not exist, was not paid for and the rate was no longer available. HINT: GOOGLE the hotel and BOOK DIRECTLY!
